Every plan includes unlimited revisions — iterate on any job as many times as needed at no extra charge. For artwork request volume, the Starter plan includes up to 15 requests per month. Pro and Agency plans are built for high-volume teams — contact us and we'll confirm the right capacity for your monthly load.

How fast will I receive my artwork?+

Simple to medium complexity artwork is delivered within 24 hours for all plans. For complex files that require more time, we will inform you in advance with the adjusted delivery timeline.

What types of artwork do you handle?+

We cover the full range of promotional product artwork — lapel pins, medals, coins, badges, keychains, awards, vector redraws, Pantone matching, die lines, apparel artwork, 3D mockups, package design, and order processing support. If it's promo-related, we handle it.

Can I cancel anytime? Is there a contract?+

Starter and Pro plans have no lock-in contracts — cancel anytime. Agency plans can also be set up on flexible terms. We're confident in our quality, so we don't need to trap you into a contract.

What if I only need occasional artwork — is pay-per-job still an option?+

Yes — we still offer pay-per-job starting from $5/job for clients with very low volume. However, most clients who track their monthly spend find a subscription saves them significantly within the first 2–3 months. Email us and we'll help you figure out what makes sense for your volume.
